Role Overview:

The Management Trainee (CA) role is designed for newly qualified or early-career Chartered Accountants who are looking to build a strong foundation in business operations, finance, and commercial decision-making within an international setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day finance and business operations for the Zimbabwe entity.

- Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and MIS reporting.

- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Coordinate with internal teams on accounting, controls, and process improvements.

- Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audits as required.

- Track operational costs, profitability, and key business metrics.

- Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 01 year post-qualification experience (up to 3 years experience may be considered).

- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and business fundamentals.

- Willingness to work in an international location (Zimbabwe).

- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
