Our client, a leading global management consulting firm is supporting a leading organisation in the Energy sector. who is undertaking a large-scale transformation initiative to strengthen its Planning & Transformation Office across key enterprise functions including Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and other strategic priorities. This is a live engagement focused on driving execution excellence and enabling structured transformation across the business.

As part of this initiative, the consultant will play a direct, client-facing role, working closely with senior leadership and CXOs to support planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional priorities. The role offers strong exposure to enterprise-level decision-making and the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives within a complex energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Transformation & Planning Office in driving cross-functional initiatives across supply chain, finance, HR, and other strategic workstreams

- Work directly with CXOs and senior leadership through structured weekly interactions

- Develop and track transformation plans, milestones, and governance frameworks

- Build executive-ready presentations and structured Excel-based analyses to support decision-making

- Coordinate across business functions to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of priorities

- Contribute to problem-solving and strategic planning discussions within the transformation agenda

Your Background:

- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the Energy sector or in management consulting

- Prior experience working within a corporate strategy or transformation function is strongly preferred

- Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly in client-facing or leadership-facing roles

- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills (mandatory)

- Engineering background preferred (Petroleum, Geology, Geophysics, Chemical Engineering highly valued)

- MBA preferred for non-engineering candidates

This is a full-time, 12-month engagement based in Delhi (consultant must be based in Delhi). This is a live project with potential for extension based on business needs and performance
