Our client, a global management consulting firm, is undertaking a major post-merger integration (PMI) program following the merger of two hospitals. To support this initiative, the client is seeking a Management Consultant with prior experience of working on projects in consulting to strengthen the Integration Management Office (IMO) and ensure smooth governance and execution across priority workstreams.

This role sits at the heart of the client's integration effort - driving planning, coordination, and milestone tracking to help the combined hospital entity realise operational synergies and deliver a seamless transition. The consultant will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing structure, visibility, and rigor to the overall integration program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive integration planning across designated workstreams, ensuring clear alignment on scope, milestones, dependencies, and owners

- Lead milestone tracking, reporting, and issue/risk escalation within the Integration Management Office

- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather insights, assess integration readiness, and identify cross-functional gaps or intervention areas

- Prepare high-quality presentations and dashboards for senior leadership to support decision-making and program governance

- Coordinate with functional teams across both hospitals to ensure timely progress, alignment, and adherence to integration priorities

- Provide PMO/IMO discipline, supporting the overall cadence, documentation, and governance of the PMI program

Your Background:

- 5-10 years of experience in consulting, ideally with exposure to post-merger integration programs

- Consulting experience preferred; hospital or broader healthcare sector experience is a strong plus but not mandatory

- MBA from a reputed institution preferred

- Strong program management, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills

- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes integration environment

Other Information:

Duration: 3-4 months (extendable).

Work model: The engagement is based in Bangalore, the consultant will have to relocate and work on-site for the entire duration of the contract.
