As a Management Consulting Data & AI, you will be instrumental in understanding and analysing clients business problems, guiding clients through AI-driven transformations, shaping data strategies, and implementing machine learning solutions.

Your role will include solving the clients business problems by developing AI strategies consistent with the clients business, establishing governance frameworks, creating user experiences, designing innovative solutions, and creating roadmaps for implementations that drive tangible business value.

You will also be responsible for driving business development initiatives for various markets and client accounts, while cultivating and strengthening relationships with senior Company and client stakeholders to forge strategic partnerships and drive business growth for Company S&C in general, and Global Network in particular.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Consultants, Analysts, and Associates, providing strategic guidance across various projects, while fostering their professional growth through mentorship and support.

You will drive the development of assets such as whitepapers, thought leadership content, and industry insights, showcasing expertise in AI, data strategy, and emerging technologies to drive sales origination and establish the organization as a market leader in AI/Gen AI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Advise clients on AI strategy, implementation, and optimization to drive business transformation and competitive advantage

- Advise clients on data strategy, data governance frameworks, data architecture

- Provide holistic solutions to complex client challenges, utilizing issue-based problem-solving methodologies

- Support the practice leadership and global account teams in identifying and securing new business opportunities within High Tech accounts

- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives and build relationships with key stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into business processes, improving efficiency and decision-making

- Analyse client businesses, market landscapes, and competitors, deriving insights and recommending strategic Gen AI applications

- Lead the development of AI-based thought leadership materials, including whitepapers, industry reports, and case studies

- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI/Gen AI, bringing innovative solutions to clients and the practice

- Help build and expand the High-Tech Practice by developing thought leadership assets, POVs, and white papers on emerging AI trends and industry innovations

- Mentor and guide a team of consultants, analysts, and associates
