Management Consultant - Corporate Governance Industry

We are hiring a management consultant for our client company which is a leader in the Corporate Governance industry.

Responsibilities:

1) Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs.

2) Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements.

3) Make the strategic roadmap of solution

4) Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue.

5) Present and explain findings to appropriate executives.

6) Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives.

7) Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections.

8) Arrange for or provide training to people affected by change.

9) Evaluate the situation periodically and make adjustments when needed.

10) Replenish knowledge of industry, products and field.

Qualifications:

1) Degree in business administration or related field required.

2) 2-5 years of proven experience as consultant or project management.

3) A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.

4) Analytical mind with excellent data collection, analysis and problem-solving skills.
