Role Overview:

As a Management Consultant at Praxis Global Alliance, you will be instrumental in solving complex business challenges for diverse clients, leveraging a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and practical implementation expertise. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market sizing and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic imperatives.

- Develop robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and evaluate investment opportunities.

- Structure compelling presentations and reports, effectively storylining complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams and internal experts to understand business challenges and co-create innovative solutions.

- Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover key trends, validate hypotheses, and inform strategic recommendations.

- Manage discrete project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs in line with project objectives.

- Contribute to the development of thought leadership and proprietary methodologies, enhancing the firm's intellectual capital.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.

- Support practice development initiatives and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentorship activities.

- Facilitate workshops and discussions with client teams to gather insights and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of prior experience in management consulting with a proven track record of delivering impactful client solutions.

- Strong understanding of core business knowledge principles across various functions and industries.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

- Demonstrated proficiency in market sizing, financial modeling, and presentation storylining and building.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.

- High degree of self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree or MBA from a reputable institution.

- Experience with AI-led tools and digital transformation projects.

- Exposure to specific industries such as Healthcare & Lifesciences or Private Capital.

- Proficiency in advanced analytical tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) or statistical software.
