About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Management Consultant Associate to join our consulting team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting business performance audits, developing strategies, designing execution roadmaps, and guiding clients in implementing effective business transformation initiatives.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients across industries, analyze their operations, and drive measurable business growth through strategic and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to understand business objectives and pain points.

- Perform business performance audits by interacting with clients customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Develop business plans, strategic roadmaps, and growth strategies tailored to client needs.

- Design and guide implementation of marketing, sales, brand positioning, and customer experience programs.

- Conduct financial and operational analysis to assess performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

- Audit and optimize business systems, processes, and technology infrastructure.

- Prepare comprehensive reports, insights, and presentations for client management.

- Conduct market and industry research to support consulting recommendations.

- Facilitate training and development sessions for client teams based on identified gaps.

- Mentor and support client organizations through strategy reviews, implementation handholding, and business growth initiatives.

- Undertake limited travel within Mumbai as required for client engagements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA or Postgraduate in Management (Marketing, Finance, HR, or Operations).

- 8-12 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business advisory roles.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business presentation tools.

- Experience in business audits, process improvement, and organizational strategy consulting.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented, structured, and adaptable to dynamic client requirements.
