Master Search has been retained by a global consulting and professional services leader to appoint a Managed Services Leader (Housing Finance) to spearhead its India Housing Finance Mission.

The Role

The Managed Services Leader will establish, scale, and lead the housing finance managed services portfolio in India. This mandate requires a unique blend of operational mastery, domain expertise, and transformation capability.

Key responsibilities include :

- Designing and scaling end-to-end managed services solutions across loan origination, servicing, collections, and compliance.

- Leveraging technology, automation, and analytics to deliver cost efficiency and superior customer experience.

- Ensuring robust frameworks for credit risk, regulatory compliance, and data governance.

- Building strong partnerships with housing finance institutions, banks, and regulators to enable adoption of managed services.

- Leading and nurturing large-scale operations teams with a culture of delivery excellence, agility, and inclusion.

The Person

We seek an accomplished leader with a track record of building and managing large-scale housing finance or financial services operations and delivery functions:

- Age 47-52 years, with 18+ years of experience in housing finance, banking operations, or managed services.

- Proven expertise in housing finance operations, process transformation, and outsourcing/managed services models.

- Strong orientation towards digital-first transformation and leveraging automation at scale.

- Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement across regulators, industry bodies, and client leadership teams.

- Inspirational leadership with the ability to scale teams, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes.
