Manager / Senior Manager - Global Campus Sourcing - In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across geographies to play an active role in supporting the firm's recruitment efforts. You will be expected to identify and engage high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, social media, job boards, social networking, database mining, and other advanced recruiting techniques. - You will also lead the end-to-end execution of campus projects, including definition, planning, execution, implementation, and governance for all, as well as control, resource, and change management. - Additionally, you will develop, monitor, and measure KPIs/success metrics from our fall, spring, and summer program efforts. - You will perform a variety of project administration duties, including project scheduling, project tracking, and project reports. Furthermore, you will support the team on critical and time sensitive recurring tasks that are data-intensive in nature and ensure the delivery of high-quality work products. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - The ideal candidate should have a graduate or master's degree with at least 4-8 years of relevant work experience in a campus sourcing/recruitment role, along with a minimum of 2 years of people management experience - Candidate should have exceptional organization skills with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivery - The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Candidate should have a process-oriented and analytical approach with an affinity for data and MS-Excel - The ideal candidate should have the ability to work as an individual contributor as well as lead projects, provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems, and assist junior team member
