Mamaearth - Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- KPI Analysis and Reporting : Responsible for defining, developing & communicating KPIs to the leadership and own those metrics for improving business.

- Cross Functional Collaboration : Working closely with the business teams across the organization to drive data-boosted decision making.

- Coding and Data Management : Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL for analysis and automate data to ensure accurate reporting.

- Innovative Solutioning Approaches : Utilizing modern tools and technologies for trend prediction, sales forecasting, consumer insights which keeps us ahead of market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of experience as a business/data analyst.

- Must have proficiency in SQL, Python and BI tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with the business stakeholders.

- Having an analytical mindset.

- A knack for analyzing data with a solid foundation in math and statistics.

- A strong aptitude for leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.

- Preferably BTech from a top tier engineering college.
