Role: Senior Brand Manager.


Location Gurgaon.


Brand Development & Strategy:


- Define and implement a 360-degree brand strategy to position the company as a top-tier consumer brand in India.


- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure brand alignment across business verticals.


- Drive trade promotions to build channel engagement and footfall in exclusive brand outlets (EBOs).


- Conceptualize multi-channel marketing campaigns to support new product launches and seasonal promotions.


Visual Merchandising & In-Store Branding:


- Design and implement compelling in-store VM stories, window displays, and PR campaigns aligned with product collections and brand themes.


- Ensure brand consistency and design aesthetics in all consumer touchpoints and packaging.



Digital & Social Media Marketing:


- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social platforms.


- Create consumer-facing handles to drive category engagement and conversion across digital properties.


- Track, analyze, and report on digital KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.


Public Relations & Industry Engagement:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, editors, and PR agencies for sustained brand coverage.


- Collaborate with industry bodies and event organizers to ensure brand representation and thought leadership.


Vendor & Agency Management:


- Brief, manage, and evaluate creative, advertising, and media agencies to deliver results-oriented campaigns.


- Negotiate effectively with vendors to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.


Research & Product Launches:


- Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends and white spaces.


- Ideate and launch new products tailored to niche market needs.


- Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to keep brand strategies updated.


Internal & Corporate Communication:


- Lead the corporate communications function including employee engagement, internal branding, and corporate events.


- Manage brand messaging across corporate identity materials, newsletters, digital platforms, and internal publications.


Key Requirements:


- 3+ years of proven experience in brand management, marketing communications, or related fields.


- Strong background in retail, furnishings, lifestyle, or manufacturing industry preferred.


- Expertise in ATL/BTL/TTL marketing, visual merchandising, digital marketing, and PR.


- Creative mindset with strong knowledge of packaging design, aesthetics, and consumer psychology.


- Solid understanding of media planning, creative development, and campaign ROI tracking.


- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


- Strong leadership and team management abilities.


- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
