Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Execute the devised sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
3. Distribution and Channel Expansion:
- Expand the distribution network by onboarding new distributors and retailers.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitors; provide feedback for growth.
4. Utilize in-depth knowledge of the area's geography to optimize distribution networks and ensure effective market coverage.
5. Implement strategies to launch new products and services in the area.
6. Implement strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers.
7. Team management - Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
8. Implement cost-effective strategies to achieve sales targets within budget constraints.
9. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing regular reports on sales activity and performance to management.
10. Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.
