Product Manager (Post Purchase) About the Role : - As a Product Manager - Order Fulfillment, you will play a pivotal role in driving key post-order business KPIs such as RTO (Return to Origin), COD (Cash on Delivery), Cost Optimization, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) . - You will lead initiatives to enhance the post-purchase journey, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize operational efficiency through technical and data-driven solutions. - This role requires someone with good technical knowledge and data analysis skills. - You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, tech, customer service, and marketing to ensure seamless post-purchase experiences for our customers in a fast-paced, high learning environment.
