Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for specific set of National Modern Trade chains
- Individually lead a specific set of Direct National Modern Trade Accounts through direct engagement with category teams.
- Coordinate efforts with RKAM teams and ensure execution and visibility success across Indirect National Modern Trade Accounts
- Lead JBP discussions and closures with each Modern Trade account
- Take ownership of data analysis towards ensuring overall growth, key category growth and successful launch of New Product Launches, market share analysis, SSO growth, etc.
- Takes complete ownership to drive optics in coordination with the BA teams - responsible for target setting, focus pack selection, training need coordination and also manning.
- Set up the merchandising infra to ensure successful visibility roll-out, compliance with product placement and planogram templates across each Modern Trade store
Qualifications
- Postgraduate - preferably MBA
- Candidate should be from FMCG / BPC Industry
- Should have handled Modern Trade at National Level
- 4 - 7 Years of Experience
Required Skills
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Data-Driven: Capable of using data to drive decisions and performance improvements.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
