Role Objective Responsible to develop and execute targeted social media marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth for Malabar Gold & Diamonds regional retail stores through localized, high-quality content and data-driven campaign management. Functional Responsibilities - Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with regional retail marketing objectives, including store-specific campaigns, promotions, and new store launches. - Create detailed social media calendars and plans, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery for each store and campaign. - Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities within the regional retail landscape. - Conceptualize, create, and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, stories, live sessions, etc.) specifically for store-level campaigns and new store launches across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). - Ensure all content is consistent with Malabar Gold & Diamonds brand guidelines and tone of voice. - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, retail operations, design) and external agencies (if any) for content creation and approvals. - Manage and maintain the social media presence for individual store locations, ensuring localized and relevant content.
