Malabar Group - Manager - Marketing

Location: Malabar Head Quarters, Calicut, Kerala

Reports to: Marketing Department

Role Objective:

Responsible for developing and implementing effective branding strategies to increase brand awareness, and drive sales of Malabar Group.

Primary Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

- Manage all the regional and store level BTL activities from a national POV - Brand guidelines, Reporting & Evaluation

- Key POC for new store launch and work in collaboration with multiple departments for the effective roll out

- Responsible for overseeing theatre branding and relationships with multiplex chains such as PVR, Cinepolis, UFO, and Qube.

- Responsible for overseeing the execution of OOH across territories

- Support the ESG vertical related activities from a marketing lens - Digital, Collaterals

- Ensure execution is flawless across India and make necessary audits at periodic intervals.

- Coordinate marketing operations related to theatre branding with regional teams.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders and provide marketing support to different teams for achieving key business objectives.

- Extensive coordination with regional marketing and digital teams as well as departments such as retail, merchandising, and IT.

- Responsible for negotiating payment terms and securing favourable commercial terms with vendors and other business partners.

- Ensure commercial compliance and financial controls.

Internal process

- Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the Standard Operating Procedures in the section.

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required within specified time period.
