About the Role:

As the IT Business Partner for Retail, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our business teams and IT function. You will understand business priorities, identify technology opportunities, and ensure the delivery of IT solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary IT liaison for Retail Business teams (Sales, Store Ops, Merchandising, Supply Chain, etc.).

- Understand business strategies, challenges, and KPIs to shape technology roadmaps.

- Identify opportunities for digital transformation across stores and retail processes.

- Lead requirement-gathering, solution evaluation, and business case development.

- Oversee IT projects end to end, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Partner with internal and external tech teams for solution design, integration, and support.

- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure process optimization.

- Drive adoption of enterprise systems such as POS, ERP, CRM, Inventory Management, etc.
