Employer Branding Specialist What are you required to bring to the team: - You shall be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice and to attract top talent. - In this role, you will work to ensure that our employer brand accurately reflects our values, culture, and benefits and that it resonates with our target audience on multiple platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc. - We are on a lookout for a creative professional - a team player who has the ability and initiative to understand talent market & platforms, organization's value proposition and ideate creative strategies to build employer brand. What will you be doing: - Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with the business goals and values - Collaborate within the HR team to create and execute employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, employee engagement programs, and recruitment marketing efforts - Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, using data and analytics to inform future strategies - Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that our employer brand is consistently communicated and reinforced across all channels - Understand and upgrade knowledge of the latest trends in employer branding What are you required to bring on the table: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas - Strong presentation and excel skills - Ability to design creatives/infographics - Strong project management skills Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor's / Master's degree in human resources or any other related field - 2+ years of experience in the role of employer branding is preferable
