As part of our Organization Effectiveness COE team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping people strategies, designing impactful interventions, and enabling business transformation. This role is for someone who thrives on solving complex organizational challenges, creating scalable frameworks, and driving measurable impact.

About the Org Effectiveness team & broad role overview:

This role will be part of the Organization Effectiveness team, a CoE driving strategic people practices across MMT (~2500 employees). The OE team designs and manages key org-wide verticals including Rewards & Recognition, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Engagement, Wellness, Learning & Development, Internal Communication, and other high-impact organizational projects. The team works closely with business leaders and HRBPs to design scalable and sustainable people processes aligned to business priorities. This involves leveraging data insights, industry benchmarking, and future-of-work trends to build frameworks that strengthen organizational culture, enable leadership effectiveness, and enhance employee experience. Beyond process design, the team plays a critical role in shaping the organization's long-term capability agenda, ensuring that talent practices not only support current needs but also prepare the business for future growth.

- Org. Effectiveness: Partner with leaders & HR Business Partners to design interventions that support business growth and agility.

- Change Management: Design and implement change strategies for large-scale transformations; drive adoption and cultural shifts.

- Research & Benchmarking: Bring in best practices, external benchmarking, and thought leadership into OE initiatives.

- Data-driven HR: Use analytics and insights to measure effectiveness, track impact, and refine interventions.

- Consulting & Advisory: Act as an internal consultant to business leaders on org effectiveness, culture, and talent interventions.

Role:

The role will be a team management role, include a few verticals from the ones mentioned above, basis the strengths and interests of the incumbent.

What We're Looking For:

- MBA/PGDM in HR

- 8-10 years of experience in HR

- High learning agility, ability to think big while executing with detail

- Demonstrated experience in leading strategic HR initiatives with tangible business impact

- Exposure to change management, leadership interventions, or large-scale HR programs

- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

- Ability to translate complex HR data into actionable insights for decision-making
