Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the technology leaders and managers on all aspects of people management and development.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and programs that align with the business objectives and priorities of the technology function.

- Tackle complex organizational challenges with effective people-related solutions.

- Drive talent management, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations initiatives for the technology function.

- Partner with the COEs and shared services to deliver effective and efficient HR solutions to the technology function

- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement and action.

Qualifications:

- MBA graduates from premier institutes

- 4 - 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years of experience as an HRBP for technology function.

- Strong knowledge of the technology industry, trends, and challenges.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

- Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.
