The candid feedback of our employees is instrumental in sharpening our policies and practices and making them even better Role Requirement: - Engineering Graduate (Dev Background Preferred) - Web/Data/Marketing Analyst with Min 3-5 years work experience Key Responsibilities: - Must partner with internal resources including Marketing, Channel, Category and Product team to identify business needs, requirement gathering and implementation plans - Must be responsible for placing pixel and other tracking code along with creation of events in the analytics engine to track and manage any enhancements/ changes made to the site - Must be responsible for Tag auditing to ensure proper tag implementation using Tag Manager System (Google Tag Manager). - Must be able to debug attribution issue using Android & IOS Debuggers. - Have fair knowledge of App attribution framework and technologies. Technical Experience - - Must have working / implementation knowledge of Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics - Must have Strong understanding of Online Marketing and Web analytics - Must have Exposure to tag management tools preferred Google tag manager. - Good working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML & experience in coding and troubleshooting - Must be able to develop the design and execution of testing and optimization plans Professional Attributes: - Must have very good communication skill - Must have good analytics skill - Must be a team player Skills: Strong Analytical Skills, Web Concepts, Troubleshooting & Analysis, Analytics Tracking Setup, Debugging, Digital Marketing Basics Tools : Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Technology : SQL, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript Good To Have : BigQuery, Knowledge of App Environment, Attribution Models Familiarity with Analytic APIs and Integrations
