Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for accounting of various operating cost -Administration & facility management, outsourcing, technology, travelling, human resource, consultants etc including accruals basis agreements & inputs from various functions on a monthly basis. - Analysing current and past trends in operating expenses and publish dashboards for various stake holders. - Fixed Asset module -accounting for tangible and intangible assets. - Works closely with FP&A team for budgeting exercise and development of Annual Operating Plan. - Monitoring & controlling actual cost Vs budget/forecasting & analysing cause of variances - Supports quarterly, monthly management reporting - Responsible for monthly/quarterly closure of various schedules and getting the same audited by auditors. - Coordinate with Auditors & function for timely completion of audits. - Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports - Work with taxation team to prepare, provide required information/data for Assessments (Income tax, GST etc).
