About the Opportunity: Role - Product Management Level - RL3/RL4 Location - Gurgaon Reporting to - Associate Director - Product Management About the function: Q2T (Quest2Travel.com) is a corporate travel management company with focus on large clients addressing their variety of needs around travel expense management, travel booking (Automated and online) and policy framework for various corporate as per their own travel needs. The company specifically focuses on individual employee booking the travel with in the company's guidelines instead of a centralized travel desk which leads to lot of inefficiencies both in time as well as price discovery. About the role: As a Product Manager, you will be revamping the entire product of Quest2Travel. The role is pivotal in building impactful products and features tailored to customers' needs, with the overarching goal of enhancing overall customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat bookings. What you'll be doing: - Conceptualize and build new products & features which are accurate, scalable and impactful. - Ambitiously think and define product vision and strategy. - Own product releases by collaborating with technology, design and QA teams. - Define & own product KPIs for your product. Build strong product insights through consistent customer engagement, market research and contribute to product vision. - Evaluate market competition and position the product line to appeal to the user. - Constantly analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience. - Responsible for onboarding enterprise to the platform while working closely with the customer & internal stakeholders. Independently lead integrations with third party supply/vendors based on the business requirement. Qualification & Experience: B. Tech/ MBA from reputed institute with 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics (SQL & Advanced Excel), analysing data trends and reporting. Key success factors for the role: - Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems. - Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills. - High on energy, a go-getter and a team player Experience in product management. - Ability to work independently and a teamplayer. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
