About the Opportunity: Role: Product Management Level: Deputy Manager/ Manager Location: Gurgaon Reporting to: Senior Manager - Category Management About the role: In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive traffic and conversion growth initiatives , including expanding our International Accommodations portfolio, strengthening our presence in key markets like Europe and the US, and tapping into emerging destinations such as Baku, Almaty, Vietnam, and more. About the function : International Hotels Product team is dedicated to building customer-focused solutions that empower Indian travellers to seamlessly plan and book their international stays. Our mission is to become the go-to platform for Indian travelers, surpassing traditional booking channels and competitors. What will you be doing : - Own the product charter for your area and deliver the same through cross-functional collaboration and execution excellence. - Conceptualize and build Consumer products & features which are impactful and scalable. - Own Product KPIs, constantly analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience. - Gather meaningful insights through consistent customer engagements, analyzing data, to shape requirements, features and building towards the product vision. - Collaborate with Business leaders, Engineers, UI/UX teams, etc. to deliver successful products Qualification & Experience: Post-graduate preferably from tier-1 campus with 2-6 years of experience in product management.
