Job Description - Maintenance Head

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to lead plant maintenance operations, utilities management, automation initiatives, and engineering excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to preventive maintenance systems, TPM practices, and plant engineering in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall plant maintenance and engineering operations

- Develop and implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies

- Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities

- Ensure maximum machine uptime and operational efficiency

- Oversee utilities management including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, compressors, and related systems

- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant

- Monitor maintenance KPIs, downtime analysis, and corrective actions

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory standards

- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination

- Lead and mentor maintenance and engineering teams
