Senior Manager Maintenance

Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 15+ Years

Key Responsibility Area:

- Maintenance Management: Define and implement the organization's overall maintenance strategy and policies to ensure efficient operation and longevity of plant equipment and machinery.

- Project Management: Oversee the successful delivery, compliance, and budget adherence of projects including Expansion (Brown/Green field) Projects, Capital expenditure, and Plant improvement projects.

- Cost Control: Budget Management and Control of maintenance and project-related costs, energy cost, spares cost etc. to meet financial targets.

- Process Improvement and Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and project execution.

- System Compliance: Lead, implement, and comply to the requirements of management systems like TPM, QMS, EMS, OHSAS etc.

Technical / Technological Competencies:

- Deep knowledge of machinery, equipment, and systems used in the manufacturing processes like Moulding, Sheet metal, and Assembly lines.

- Expertise in managing complex engineering projects, particularly related to Green Field, Plant Upgrades, or new installations.

- Understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), SCADA, Maintenance Management and asset management systems.

- Ability to integrate and troubleshoot automated equipment, robotics, and industrial IoT systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in both maintenance and project execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- A technically strong and result-oriented Electrical Engineering professional with 15+ years of experience, having demonstrated expertise in maintenance leadership, manufacturing operations, automation, project execution, cost optimization, and Greenfield/Brownfield projects.
