Job Purpose: This role of Sales portfolio has various functions, understanding the business context and company expectation in supporting the process of overall Sales of Garment Hanger, Packaging products and Home ware Containers to the domestic, B2B & B2C market.

Job Title Sales Head - Domestic Market


Work Location Anywhere in India

Reporting To Deputy Regional Director


Work Pattern Normal office hours - 9: 30AM to 6:00 PM


Principle Accountabilities


Developing & Implementing Sales Strategies:


- Design & Plan effective sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives of homeware & kitchenware segment.


- Identify & Develop potential new markets and opportunities in the B2B, B2C in the Indian retail, Hyper & Supermarket.

- Analyzing trends / data and Generate sales plans to increase Sales revenue.

Obtain Sales Target:

- Responsible to set Annual sales target to the team member. Periodically monitors the team performance to ensure they achieve their goals.

- Analyzing sales data, providing regular feedback to the team and making necessary plan adjustments / areas of improvement.

- Identify trends and address any rising issues or areas for improvement.

- Manage and motivate the sales team by providing guidance and support, conducting timely evaluations to enhance the team's selling skills.

Building client relationships:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.

- Articulate sales strategies, build relationships with clients and team members, and deliver persuasive presentations

Collaboration with other departments:

- Associate & intervene during the crucial time with marketing, production, and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & experience

Required: Any Graduate / Post Graduate 15 to 20 years of work experience , handling sales to the B2B & B2C Market.


Preferred Industry: Retail, consumer durables.
