We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. You will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. An MBA is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring goals and processes.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
- Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding and other related activities.
Client Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing them with a positive and informative experience.
- Manage external recruitment partners, such as agencies, to ensure effective and cost-efficient hiring.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our talent acquisition processes and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Utilize data and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance our employer branding and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong sourcing skills, with experience using a variety of channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and client management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
