Are you a results-driven Talent Acquisition professional looking to make a significant impact? We're searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our thriving team in Bangalore. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our workforce by proactively identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent.


You'll be a key driver of our recruitment initiatives, expertly managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional candidate journey. While not mandatory, an MBA is highly valued.

What You'll Do:

End-to-End Talent Attraction:

- Oversee the complete recruitment journey, from initial candidate identification through to successful offer negotiation and acceptance.

- Leverage diverse sourcing avenues, including professional networks, social media platforms, job boards, and innovative outreach methods, to pinpoint exceptional candidates.

- Craft and execute inventive sourcing strategies to engage both active job seekers and passive talent.

- Conduct comprehensive interviews to meticulously assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our organizational culture.

- Facilitate seamless offer processes, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all candidates.

- Maintain meticulous and current records of all recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Strategic Partnership & Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent requirements and formulate effective recruitment blueprints.

- Cultivate robust partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure harmony in hiring objectives and processes.

- Provide consistent and transparent updates to hiring managers regarding the progress of open requisitions.

- Work hand-in-hand with the broader HR team on onboarding initiatives and other related programs.

Candidate & Vendor Engagement:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they receive a supportive, informative, and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Effectively manage external recruitment agencies and partners, optimizing their contributions for efficient and cost-effective hiring outcomes.

- Forge and nurture strong relationships with key external stakeholders.

Talent Acquisition Innovation:

- Actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of our talent acquisition frameworks and methodologies.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices within the talent acquisition landscape.

- Utilize data-driven insights and key metrics to rigorously evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of our recruitment endeavors.

- Identify and champion opportunities to strengthen our employer brand and attract premier talent.

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.

- An MBA is preferred.

- 3+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

- Demonstrated success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initiation to closure.

- Exceptional sourcing acumen, with proven experience across a variety of channels.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.

- Strong aptitude for stakeholder and client relationship management.

- Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.

- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
