Job Description:

- Were seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Product Engineering Sales Manager to bridge the gap between engineering innovation and customer needs.
- This role involves driving revenue growth by aligning product capabilities with market demands, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies for engineering-led products and solutions.
- Client Engagement: Identify customer needs, present technical solutions, and build long-term relationships.
- Technical Consultation: Act as a liaison between engineering teams and clients, translating technical features into business value.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product positioning and sales tactics.
- Product Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation for clients.
- Training & Enablement: Educate internal sales teams on product capabilities and technical differentiators.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in technical sales, product engineering, or solution consulting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and technical documentation.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle, engineering processes, and customer-centric design.
