Specialist - Digital Ads
Description:

- Design and execute high-performance ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and YouTube ecosystems to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize ad creatives, copy, and placement strategy using real-time performance data and A/B testing techniques.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies with an eye on ROI and cost-efficiency across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate with content creators and design teams to develop engaging ad assets and storytelling formats aligned with Web3 brand narratives.
- Track and report key ad metrics, drawing insights to iterate and improve campaign impact.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, audience behavior shifts, and Web3 community engagement patterns to inform campaign design.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube.
- Strong command of ad platforms, targeting strategies, and conversion tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager).
- Demonstrated ability to create performance-oriented creatives in collaboration with content/design teams.
- Web3, blockchain, or crypto marketing experience is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable marketing decisions.
