About the Role:
As a Product Marketing Manager focused on blockchain products, your strategic thinking and go-to-market expertise will fuel adoption across enterprises, developers, and innovators in the Web3 space. You will work closely with business, marketing, and product teams, to create impactful content and grow community engagement.
Location: Noida (WFO - 5 Days)
What will you get to do?
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute end-to-end product marketing strategies that align with our blockchain business goals, roadmap, and user journey.
- Web3 Market Growth: Identify untapped blockchain use cases, target verticals, and new industry segments to drive business expansion and partner opportunities.
- Customer Acquisition: Build and run lead-gen campaigns using paid ads, community growth hacks, influencer collabs, and token-focused incentive models.
- Audience Segmentation & Messaging: Analyze distinct B2B Web3 user groups (e.g., Dapp builders, DeFi founders, enterprises) to craft tailored value propositions and messaging.
- Product-Led Onboarding: Design seamless onboarding flows for B2B blockchain users through self-serve product walkthroughs, docs, and educational content.
Skills & Qualification:
- 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in Web3, blockchain, B2B SaaS, or early-stage tech startups.
- Solid grasp of decentralized ecosystems, token models, Dapps, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Experience in GTM planning, PLG (Product-Led Growth), and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to convert technical features into compelling stories.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
