You will work closely with business, marketing, and product teams, to create impactful content and grow community engagement. Location: Noida (WFO - 5 Days) What will you get to do? - Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute end-to-end product marketing strategies that align with our blockchain business goals, roadmap, and user journey. - Web3 Market Growth: Identify untapped blockchain use cases, target verticals, and new industry segments to drive business expansion and partner opportunities. - Customer Acquisition: Build and run lead-gen campaigns using paid ads, community growth hacks, influencer collabs, and token-focused incentive models. - Audience Segmentation & Messaging: Analyze distinct B2B Web3 user groups (e.g., Dapp builders, DeFi founders, enterprises) to craft tailored value propositions and messaging. - Product-Led Onboarding: Design seamless onboarding flows for B2B blockchain users through self-serve product walkthroughs, docs, and educational content. Skills & Qualification: - 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in Web3, blockchain, B2B SaaS, or early-stage tech startups. - Solid grasp of decentralized ecosystems, token models, Dapps, and blockchain infrastructure. - Experience in GTM planning, PLG (Product-Led Growth), and customer lifecycle marketing. - Strong analytical skills with an ability to convert technical features into compelling stories. - Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
