Role: Performance Marketing Lead (Blockchain/Web3.0).
Location: Noida (WFO) / 5 days.
About the Role:
This role will serve as the central owner of all paid performance marketing efforts across multiple product lines.
You will design, implement, and scale high-impact growth strategies while building and leading an in-house team alongside overseeing external agency partners.
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating startup ambiguity, brings structure and process to fast-paced environments, and has the ability to translate complex, technical products into compelling performance-driven campaigns.
What will you get to do?:
- Lead strategy and execution across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.) for multiple product lines simultaneously.
- Own CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel efficiency, and revenue contribution.
- Understand product complexity, ICPs, and buying journeys to design differentiated performance strategies for each product while maintaining portfolio-level efficiency.
- Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing in-house performance marketing team from scratch while defining clear KRAs and accountability structures.
- Manage and optimize relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment, performance benchmarks, and cost efficiency.
- Establish dashboards, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, funnel optimization) to drive continuous performance improvement.
- Introduce systems, documentation, reporting cadences, and process rigor in a fast-moving startup environment without slowing down execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a preferred background in web3.0, SaaS, blockchain, etc.
- Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns across multiple products or business units.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and growth levers.
- Experience managing both in-house teams and external agencies with strong ability to simplify and market complex, technical products.
- Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
