Team Lead Strategy PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: - You will work closely with VP Strategy-Internal Consulting with different sector/ businesses on various business strategies. - You will be required to analyze competition, understand different industry trends and macroeconomic parameters to identify their impact on the businesses. Responsibilities: - Primary To support various businesses / sectors in formulation of their business strategies (Market Entry / Market Expansion / Sales Effectiveness / Cost Reduction / Operational Effectiveness / Go To Market Etc..) - To study competition, market trends, industry trends, regulatory aspects and macroeconomic parameters specific to business and provide periodic inputs to businesses/sectors and provide insights. - To provide alternative views regarding business strategies and providing them with market comparison along with data. - To work on key projects (such as market entry, profit improvement, cost reduction, process optimization, diversification, new business evaluation, etc.) as per business / corporate management requirement and ensure desired deliverables. - To help businesses in operationalization of strategies, as appropriate. - To support businesses and corporate management in terms of specific information requirement and analysis. - To be the catalyst for new technology trends. - Secondary Knowledge Sharing - Learning Sessions to create Knowledge databank within GSO. - Team Work & Sharing Activities to support GSO Colleagues.
