MIBL Reinsurance is looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead our Dubai operations and drive strategic expansion across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business growth across Treaty, Facultative, and MGA segments.

- Position the Dubai branch as a regional growth hub for MIBL Reinsurance.

- Build and manage relationships with cedants, brokers, reinsurers, and regulators.

- Represent MIBL Reinsurance with key stakeholders across the Middle East.

- Align regional initiatives with global strategy in collaboration with HO.

- Mentor and lead a high-performing, multicultural team.

What You Bring?

- 12+ years of experience in reinsurance or corporate solutions, with strong exposure to the MENA region.

- Proven success in Treaty and/or Facultative; MGA and specialty lines experience is a plus.

- Deep market knowledge and a strong network across cedants, brokers, and reinsurers.

- Experience engaging with regulators and strategic partners.
