Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Navi Mumbai.

- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the performance of branch staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Key responsibilities include developing business strategies, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, supervising insurance policy sales, and fostering a positive work environment.

- The Branch Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and identifying business opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications:

- Experience in sales management, business development, and customer relationship management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in financial and performance management.

- Knowledge of insurance broking, both Life and Non-Life products.

- Ability to monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.

- Experience in the insurance sector is highly advantageous.

- Certifications related to insurance broking and management are a plus.
