We're seeking a strategic and driven Manager, Growth Initiatives to join our Defence & Aerospace team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by driving expansion into new, strategic areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities within the dynamic Defence sector.

This role requires a blend of market analysis, strategic planning, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for scanning the global Defence landscape, defining our growth trajectory, and building the partnerships necessary to achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct in-depth analysis of the Indian and international Defence and aerospace markets. You'll identify key trends, emerging technologies, and disruptive players to inform our long-term business strategy. This includes defining the growth path and identifying strategic areas for expansion.

- Business Development: Proactively identify and evaluate potential partners, both domestically and internationally, to establish new business lines. This involves building relationships, negotiating agreements, and working collaboratively to launch successful ventures.

- Growth Initiatives: Identify and evaluate potential growth paths, including both organic initiatives and inorganic opportunities (e.g., acquisitions, mergers). You'll develop comprehensive business models and compelling business cases to support these initiatives.

- Program & Stakeholder Management: Lead and manage new growth programs, ensuring they stay on track and deliver results. You will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively with partners from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 6-8 years of post-MBA experience in strategy, growth or partnership roles in a relevant field.

- Education: An MBA from a top-tier business school is required. Engineering degree is a plus

Skills:

- Demonstrated ability to develop robust business models and detailed business cases.

- Proven experience in developing business strategy.

- Strong understanding of financial principles and their application in business planning.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with partners in India and abroad.

- Strong program management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.

- Preferred (but not required): Experience in a Defence and aerospace sector and an understanding of Defence technologies and the broader technology landscape.
