About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruitment function. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in designing and executing scalable talent strategies, driving employer branding, and delivering on leadership, technology, and campus hiring mandates. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L responsibility for the TA function.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy & Leadership:

- Define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.

- Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce requirements and deliver on hiring priorities.

- Drive innovation in recruitment practices leveraging digital platforms, AI-led tools, and analytics.

Hiring Excellence:

- Lead global hiring across multiple geographies and functions.

- Build strong pipelines for technology hiring, leadership hiring, and niche roles.

- Oversee campus hiring programs to attract early talent and future leaders.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

- Strengthen the organization's employer brand across digital and offline channels.

- Drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience and engagement throughout the hiring journey.

Operational & Financial Management:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations with a focus on efficiency and quality of hire.

- Own the P&L for the TA function, ensuring cost optimization and ROI on hiring investments.

- Partner with external agencies, job boards, and technology platforms for effective delivery.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing recruitment teams across geographies.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the TA function.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a global TA leadership role.

- Proven track record in product-based organizations driving large-scale tech and leadership hiring.

- Experience managing global hiring programs across multiple regions.

- Strong exposure to campus hiring and building robust employer branding strategies.

- Prior experience in owning and managing P&L for the TA function.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with CXO-level leaders.

- Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, analytics, and digital hiring practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Preferred Background:

- Experience in product-based technology organizations is highly preferred.

- Exposure to high-growth, transformation, or scaling environments.

- Demonstrated success in building diverse and inclusive hiring strategies.
