Position Overview:

The Senior Influencer Manager will be responsible for owning Mahina's influencer and creator strategy end-to-end. This role requires both creative and analytical excellence: identify, recruit, and grow relationships with diverse influencers, co-create impactful content, and proactively link influencer efforts to core brand and ecommerce goals. It will give the opportunity to operate at pace, building and leading a scalable influencer engine that delivers brand-first, measurable impact across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and optimize Mahina's influencer strategy across all relevant social platforms, with a focus on Instagram and YouTube.

- Manage relationships with multiple agencies and internal teams, ensuring coordinated efforts and consistent brand narrative.

- Source, vet, and manage influencer partnerships, negotiating collaborations that align with Mahina's values and strategic priorities.

- Own outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management with creators-from micro to macro tiers.

- Brief and co-create compelling, authentic content with influencers, ensuring message consistency and brand safety.

- Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance using analytics tools (including GA suite), connecting social activity to website and business KPIs.

- Identify white spaces, trends, and new talent to keep Mahina's influencer program ahead of the curve within period care and broader wellness.

- Integrate influencer activity into broader campaigns-collaborating closely with brand, content, and performance marketing teams for impact amplification.

- Strategise PR gifting initiatives, managing product seeding and brand experience delivery to key influencers and press.

- Build and scale affiliate and ambassador programs, recruiting and activating diverse talent to drive brand advocacy and reach.

- Champion creative testing, iteration, and learning, optimizing the influencer ecosystem for both organic and paid results.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 5-7 years in influencer marketing, with proven success building and scaling influencer programs for D2C brands.

- Demonstrated ability to manage influencer partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.

- Track record of high-ownership roles: leads influencer strategy, manages budgets, and delivers end-to-end results.

- Experienced with Google Analytics (and similar tools), comfortable connecting the dots between social engagement, traffic, and conversion data.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

- Analytical Mindset: Applies strong analytical skills to evaluate influencer and ambassador campaign performance, leveraging data to optimize results and connect social impact to site and business KPIs.-

- Ownership: Exhibits high levels of accountability in managing initiatives end-to-end, from agency and team coordination to the rollout of PR gifting, affiliate, and ambassador programs.

- Brand-First Thinking: Balances campaign objectives with long-term brand equity, crafting scalable influencer efforts rooted in Mahina's mission and values.-
