Mahina - Senior Brand Manager

1. Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns - owning every step from brief to launch, ensuring ideas reach consumers rapidly and memorably.-

2. Turn customer insights and market opportunities into concrete stories, activation formats, and channel plans that drive trial and conversion.

3. Partnering with content, creative, and growth leads to deliver high-volume, high-quality assets and messaging, designed for digital, social, and offline environments.

4. Manage real-time rollout of initiatives (gifting programs, influencer seeding, grassroots events), tracking results and optimising fast.

5. Maintain brand guidelines, playbooks, and templates for team-wide alignment, enabling speed and consistency across execution.

6. Lead creative sprints, collaborate with external agencies, and oversee partner outputs to ensure Mahina's distinct voice is maintained in every channel.-

7. Drive the "category education" agenda: develop toolkits, guides, and new formats to make reusable period care accessible and desirable for first-time users.

8. Support new product launches with brand positioning and execution plans, from pre-launch content to activation and PR.
