Profile Brief : We are looking for a visionary, seasoned, enthusiastic and high-energy driven Construction / Projects Leader with the merit of executing prestigious projects of large magnitude within strict time schedules, cost & quality. Who have the aspiration to lead Mahima Group' Projects team for reputed projects across Jaipur, Rajasthan. A competent professional with at least 12 years of experience in Construction Project Management, Site Administration, Project Control, Cost Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Quality Control / Assurance, Strategic Management, Contract Management, etc. JD / KRA's : - Responsible for functions encompassing planning, scheduling, costing & budgeting and managing multiple projects and deadlines form pre-construction phase to final closeout with quality. - Work closely with the consultants and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings and BOQ, issues and provide inputs on the feasibility, practicality of construction. - To deliver record of success and strengths lie in simplifying and streamlining process and procedures to drive down costs, improve efficiency and increase bottom line profitability. - Set an execution example by strong credentials and a history of on time, on budget and high quality project completions. - To determine milestones to support project schedule, including identification of contractual milestones. - Responsible to develop performance improvement plans if any project's direct or indirect associate's performance is not meeting expectations. - To exhibits a comprehensive understanding of financial calculations / metrics (Pro-forma financials to monitor work progress), budget creation (budget management and cost reports), contract administration and strong analytical skills (in depth analysis of all work contracts to ensure their quality, completeness and comparative value). - To offer quality advice for construction, planning and project administration services, and strategic scheduling. Assisting engineers for the maximum Quality enhancement of works so that quality is never compromised and risk factor are nullified to the minimum possible extent. And to achieve the quality of project to provide best in class output. - Liaise with Purchase Department/Team to ensure the timely supply of material at the site. Material and Vender planning as per the project schedule. - To deliver results through adoption of modern construction methodologies with quality standards. Implementing of latest construction technologies for different type of projects leading to timelines & cost effectiveness. - To oversee certification of bills, invoices and recommended for payment. - Periodic / monthly management meetings with all updates from progress/quality/safety/budgets and so on. Actively involved in preparing projects reports. - Lead all project review meetings with the project team, consultants and contractors, Ensure timely highlighting and resolution of design inadequacies, non-compliance to material indents and all other issue. - To provide considerable experience in handing over of flats with at most client satisfaction. Skills Set : - Technical understanding of construction knowledge of trade sequencing, and best building practices help with problem-solving dealing with complex, detailed projects. - Communication skills to coordinate and work with a variety of different people such as contractors, subcontractors, architects, and Liaison etc. - Strong judgment to make major decisions for construction projects, understanding the implications of their choices. - Budgeting experience in cost estimation, cost control, and cost analysis to manage project costs and control budgets. - Knowledge of Project controls to evaluate data to determine the needs of a project, understanding the scope of a project, assessing risks, assigning tasks, and planning for presentation. - Knowledge of tools of the trade - Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), Project Management Software, ERP / SAP, Etc.
