Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President Channel Sales to lead and drive the organizations channel sales strategy. The role will focus on building and expanding a high-performing channel partner network, strengthening relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.


The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in channel sales within the real estate industry, along with strong leadership capabilities to manage teams and accelerate business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.


- Build, manage, and expand a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.


- Establish long-term relationships with key channel partners to ensure consistent lead generation and deal closures.


- Lead and mentor the channel sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational sales targets.


- Monitor channel partner performance and introduce initiatives to improve partner productivity.


- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design campaigns that support channel-driven sales.


- Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.


- Ensure smooth coordination between channel partners and internal teams for efficient deal closures.


- Drive partner engagement programs, events, and incentive structures to strengthen the partner ecosystem.


- Track, report, and optimize channel sales performance metrics.


Required Qualifications:


- 10 - 18 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on channel sales within the real estate industry.


- Proven experience in developing and executing channel sales strategies.


- Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate intermediaries in the Bengaluru market.


- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.


- Strong leadership and team management skills in a sales-driven environment.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


- Highly results-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
