Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager Projects to lead the execution of multiple high-rise construction projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale developments from excavation to project handover, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are consistently achieved.

This role requires a strong leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure smooth project execution across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple high-rise residential/commercial projects simultaneously.

- Oversee project lifecycle from excavation, structural work, finishing, to final handover.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

- Implement and monitor construction methodologies such as Mivan / Aluminium formwork systems.

- Drive project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.

- Monitor cost control, budgeting, and risk management across projects.

- Coordinate with design, procurement, planning, and senior leadership teams for smooth execution.

- Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams including execution, planning, QA/QC, and MEP.

- Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in real estate project management.

- Proven experience handling multiple high-rise projects simultaneously.

- Demonstrated ability to manage large project teams and cross-functional departments.

- Excellent project planning, scheduling, and execution capabilities.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, and risk mitigation.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).

Important Note:

Candidates with experience handling only a single project at a time may not be suitable for this role.
