Job Description:
Role Objective
The Manager Channel Partners is responsible for building, managing and scaling the Channel Partner (CP) network for the developer.
The role covers end-to-end lifecycle of channel partnerships including sourcing, onboarding, engagement, enablement, performance management and closure of sales through CPs.
The position ensures consistent lead generation, conversion, and revenue contribution from channel partners while maintaining strong relationships and brand representation in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Sourcing & Onboarding
- Identify, evaluate and onboard new Channel Partners, IPCs, brokers and real estate consultants.
- Conduct due diligence, empanelment, agreement execution and onboarding formalities.
- Build a strong CP network across micro-markets and key catchment areas.
CP Enablement & Training
- Conduct regular project training, product walkthroughs, pricing and scheme briefings.
- Ensure CPs are equipped with sales kits, brochures, floor plans, price lists, approvals and digital assets.
- Organize site visits, mock sales pitches and technical sessions with CRM, legal and project teams.
Lead Generation & Opportunity Management
- Drive consistent lead inflow from CP network.
- Track CP-sourced leads through CRM and ensure proper allocation and follow-up.
- Work closely with internal sales team to maximize site visits, bookings and conversions.
Deal Support & Closure
- Support CPs in negotiations, pricing approvals, payment plans and documentation.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal and finance teams for booking, agreement and collections.
- Ensure smooth handholding of CPs till booking confirmation and agreement execution.
CP Engagement & Relationship Management
- Plan and execute CP engagement programs, meetings, site events, contests and loyalty schemes.
- Maintain regular communication through newsletters, WhatsApp groups, emails and review meetings.
- Build long-term relationships and act as single point of contact for key CPs.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track CP-wise performance, funnel movement, conversions and revenue contribution.
- Analyze active vs inactive CPs and drive reactivation plans.
- Present weekly and monthly CP performance dashboards to management.
Marketing & Branding Support
- Coordinate with marketing team for CP campaigns, launches, roadshows and digital promotions.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and compliance with developers positioning.
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure CPs follow RERA guidelines, pricing discipline and communication protocols.
- Monitor documentation, commission processing and agreement compliance.
Requirements
- MBA / Graduate in Marketing, Business or Real Estate Management
- 8 - 15 years of experience in real estate channel sales and partner management
- Strong network of IPCs, brokers and real estate consultants
- Proven track record in driving CP-led sales and closures
- Knowledge of RERA, CRM systems and real estate documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
