The role:

What you'll be responsible for:

- Own brand equity, activations and innovation for Magnum in India: Build the campaigns, partnerships and cultural moments.

- Drive operational excellence for the brand: From demand planning and supply reliability to flawless in-market execution.

- Lead category strategy and craft the marketing mix across all 6Ps: Product, Packaging, Proposition, Price, Promotion and Place.

- Bring a sharp commercial mindset to every decision, translating brand ambition into volume, market share and profit growth.

- Partner cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, R&D, finance and agency partners to take big ideas from brief to shelf, on time, every time.

We're looking for someone who:

- MBA from a Tier 1 Business School.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience with at least 2 years each in sales and marketing.

- Strong Project Management skills. Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects. Understands customers and shoppers.

- Has an experience in the development and launch of consumer and shopper-relevant innovations and relaunches.

- The candidate should display a very high Bias for action, a global mindset, consumer centricity & project management skills.
