- We're seeking an Operations Manager to own Uber's Earner Financing portfolio in APAC driving growth, efficiency, and impact at scale.

- You'll be shaping the financial future of millions of earners, building and scaling a portfolio at the heart of Uber's financial ecosystem, alongside some of the brightest minds in tech and finance.

What The Candidate Will Do:

- Own the Portfolio: Take end-to-end accountability for Uber's earner financing programs in APAC; from build, operational execution to growth strategy.

- Scale Financing Solutions: Drive adoption and expansion of financing products by identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Operational Excellence: Build and refine workflows that ensure earners have a smooth financing experience that is reliable, fast, and transparent.

- Partner with Stakeholders: Work closely with Payments Legal, Financial Services BD, Strategic Finance, Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and country teams to deliver scalable and regionally tailored solutions.

- Measure Impact: Track portfolio health and performance, leveraging data to identify risks, unlock efficiencies, and fuel growth.

What The Candidate Will Need:

- Proven Expertise: 4+ years in banking, e-commerce, or consulting (strategy/operations), with hands-on experience in portfolio management, credit products, or lending operations.

- SQL skills a plus for turning data into action.

- Operator Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing big-picture strategy with the ability to pivot quickly into tactical execution.
