Magnon Group is hiring for a Digital Client Servicing Professional (with experience handling creative mandates).
This is not a media, marketing, or programmatic role.
The Mid-Level Account Manager (client servicing) manages day-to-day client relationships while driving creative, digital-first, and AI-enabled solutions.
This role plays a key part in creative thinking, pitching, and shaping content-led digital campaigns, with a strong understanding of social media, emerging platforms, and modern marketing approaches.
The Account Manager acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring ideas are impactful, relevant, and executable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted partner.
- Contribute to creative thinking, ideation, and pitching for new and existing business opportunities.
- Translate client objectives into strong, insight-led briefs for creative, motion, and digital teams.
- Support and coordinate digital-first and social media-driven campaigns across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to shape content that performs across social, digital, and paid media.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations across multiple projects.
- Present ideas, concepts, and campaign updates clearly and confidently to clients.
- Incorporate an AI-first mindset-leveraging AI tools for ideation, content planning, efficiency, and insights.
- Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently while maintaining creative integrity.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, and account growth.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4-7 years of experience in account management or client servicing within a digital, creative, or marketing agency.
- Experience working on content-led, social-first, or digital campaigns is strongly preferred.
