Were seeking a seasoned client servicing professional to lead operations and drive strategic growth for a Global B2B SaaS technology company.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.

- Drive client satisfaction by building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner.

- Oversee process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

- Present performance dashboards and insights to clients, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, tech) to meet client goals.

- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and proactive problem-solving.

- Experience managing global clients & delivering to global standards.

- Skilled in team & project management, timelines, and client expectations.

- Strong understanding of content, creative, and digital marketing.

- Prior P&L ownership is a big plus!

Pre-requisite:

- Strong exposure servicing to B2B SaaS clientele.

- Must have collaborated with creative, strategy, and tech teams.

- Proven experience in team leadership and client relationship management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Exp: 10+ years of experience is required.
