The Asst Manager must have very good knowledge in all foundry processes and experience in Sinto moulding methods,

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall Incharge for Sinto FBOV Green Sand Moulding line

- Material and Production planning for Sinto Line FBOV

- Has to Coordinate with Planning, Core Shop & Melting departments and ensure OEE of the line at Optimum levels.

- Productivity and Cost control in Sinto Line

- Ensuring adherence of process parameters so as to ensure Line rejection at 3%

- Coordinating with maintenance department for effective functioning of equipment to reduce down time

- Root cause analysis and trouble shooting of foundry problems

- Monitoring performance of SINTO Line employees

- Maintaining quality records

- Ensuring of safety & 5S Practices

- Ensuring proper handling of patterns and core boxes

- Improve productivity by implementing TPM and TQM concepts.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen activities

- Directs and monitors department executives to accomplish goals of the manufacturing plan, consistent with established manufacturing and safety procedures.

- Hires, trains, develops and evaluates team members.

- Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy.
