Magma HDI General Insurance - Senior Unit Manager

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Unit Manager located in Kudal, Kankavli, Sawantwadi, Goa, Old Goa, Mhapsa, Pernem The Senior Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing unit operations, managing team performance, developing strategy for business growth, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

- Daily tasks include monitoring key performance indicators, conducting team meetings, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading initiatives for process improvements.

- The role also requires liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and effective service delivery.

- Experience in team management and leadership.

- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in performance monitoring and reporting.

- Ability to work on-site in Kudal, Kankavli, Sawantwadi, Goa, Old Goa, Mhapsa, Pernem.

- Preferably Local candidate.

- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
